Ryan Dineen (President)
Ryan Dineen is an 12th year patroller from sunny San Diego, CA. He moved to Breckenridge for his love of the mountains and worked on Breckenridge Mountain Safety before joining the Breckenridge Ski Patrol. He is passionate about workers’ rights and has been the President of the Breckenridge Ski Patrol Union since its founding. In his off time, Ryan enjoys being a husband, father, and getting out to enjoy the outdoors.
Ryan Anderson (Vice President)
Ryan Anderson is an 11th year patroller who hails from Western New York. He left behind a career in Civil Engineering to join Breckenridge's community. After starting on Breckenridge Ski Patrol, he discovered an urge to give back to his coworkers and the industry that has become a second home. Since the Breckenridge Ski Patrol unionized in 2021, he has served as the unit's Vice President, helping negotiate two labor contracts and building up a healthy organization. He is excited to serve as an inaugural board member of Friends of BSPU and to expand the paths available to patrols in their pursuit of excellence.
Justin Morris (Treasurer / Secretary)
Justin Morris is a 13th year patroller hailing from Central Virginia. After a few years as a Structural Engineer and kayaker in Virginia, Justin made the move to Colorado and spent a year as a Ski Instructor where he met his wife Emily. Then next season he joined the Breckenridge Ski Patrol where his passion for the mountain and helping people merged. Six seasons later he followed Emily to Boston where they lasted two winters before moving back to Breckenridge. During his second stint with BSP, Justin is training an avalanche rescue dog, Lumë, helped organize a successful unionization effort for BSP, has participated in contract negotiation, and serves as the BSPU Secretary/Treasurer. He is proud to serve as a board member of the Friends of the Breckenridge Ski Patrol Union in order to expand the opportunities afforded to Ski Patrollers.
